Exchanges and Returns


You may return any item purchased from our standard range within 30 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale.

Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we cannot accept the return of:

  • Goods that have been personalised with print or embroidery.
  • Goods that have been designed in line with your requirements.

In the unlikely event of a complaint due to faulty goods or workmanship, customers should first inform iPROSPORTS in writing either by email, fax or letter and include clear evidence (i.e a photograph) of the defect within one week of receipt of goods. If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided then we shall endeavour to resolve the issue at our discretion and within a reasonable timescale.

Where ever possible all goods will be replaced like for like or a credit note will be issued. In crediting the customer, we comply with Distance Selling Regulations, 2000.

Once clearance from iPROSPORTS has been given that the goods are faulty they must be returned within 2 weeks. Please be aware that you shall be responsible for any return delivery charges, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning until they have been received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service when returning goods to iPROSPORTS.

We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

Goods that are not faulty and printed to the customer’s specification cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer’s requirements. Unless the product is defective, you will not be able to return any product that is not in its original packaging, i.e. unopened and with any seals or shrink-wrapping intact.


In order to be able to offer you a fast delivery service, many orders will be dispatched within days. This means that unfortunately it is not always possible to cancel your order.

Expenses are incurred once an order is placed with us including artwork production, ordering of materials, and placement of orders with our supply base which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. If an order is cancelled once placed, iPROSPORTS reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs and any other expenses incurred by us between the time we received your payment and the cancellation request was received.
