STEP 1 – YOU MAKE AN ENQUIRY

STEP 2 – WE PROVIDE A QUOTATION
Once we understand your requirements the iPROSPORTS team will send through a detailed quote covering all item costs, carriage charges and an estimated delivery date.
STEP 3 – YOU PLACE THE ORDER
When you wish to place an order we will require written confirmation by letter or email detailing the order specification in the quote. Please also include:
- Delivery and invoice address
- Contact phone and email of the person responsible for the order
- A delivery date if urgent
- Artwork in the correct format (this will be discussed during the quotation phase).
STEP 4 – YOUR PROOF APPROVAL
Once we receive your order we will provide you with an initial proof design of how your selected clothing will be personalised. Upon confirmation of the proof approval we will schedule your clothing to print.
STEP 5 – WE DELIVER
All deliveries will be sent by tracked courier to the address provided on the order confirmation.
