We understand that organising events can be a marathon task – so let us help! As veterans of sports tournament ourselves, we’ve drawn on our expertise to design a system which takes all the headaches out of supplying event merchandise, and best of all, it’s completely free. All you have to do is tell us what you need, and we’ll adapt our process to suit you.

For basic events where every competitor is given a t-shirt on entry, we can minimise the costs and risks involved in tournament t-shirts by allowing every entrant to select their own size and pick it up from the tournament desk on the day. We print to order, so there’s no wastage – and best of all, you don’t have to try and guess sizes and quantities, so you won’t be left with odd shirts at the end of the event!

If you’d like to extend your merchandise offering, we can design a range of products for you to sell in advance of your event, and orders can be picked up from the tournament desk on the day. So if you’d like to add an extra revenue stream to your event coffers or simply allow people to pick and choose their memorabilia, this is an ideal way to go about it. Again, there are no costs involved, no purchase of stock and no outlays.

Finally, if your event is a blend of spectators and participants, you can even use iPROSPORTS’ tried-and-tested portal to sell your tickets. Whether you need to split your event into sections or sell single tickets, we can provide a process which allows you to track numbers, collect registration information and keep an eye on income, all without spending a penny.
